Swan sketch in carbon and ink

Just a quick carbon and ink sketch. I liked the viewpoint in this one. I might add an extra ink wash to the background, to tidy it up a bit.

Just thought I’d post this small study I did this afternoon, another swan from the nature reserve. ¬†I did this one in acrylic¬†white paint, adding shadows with diluted ink. I’m thinking about doing a large graphite and carbon drawing of this..
